This interval-style class mixes work on the Jump Board and the Yoga Wall. You’ll focus on lengthening your body, stretching, building lean muscle and perfecting posture in this full body, core-centric workout. This class is a fast paced and great for anyone active or wanting to stay active. Appear inches taller and pounds thinner after just 6 sessions. Clients must sign a waiver and have a current series to book a class. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
